Terms of Service
I will not work with individuals under the age of 18 without clear parental approval. I prefer to take commissions from people who are over the age of 18.
Payment
PayPal is the number one payment method- unless bought from my Etsy. I offer payment plans, but every payment plan must have a down payment of at least 50%. This is for the cost of materials.I offer two types of payment plans.- 50/50 payment plan (50% up front before work begins and 50% upon completion)- 50/25/25 payment plan (50% up front, 25% upon completion, and 25% up to a month after completion)Ask about extended payment plans for fullsuits! I offer custom options for big commissons.Or, of course, you may pay in full before suit work begins.
Note: suit will not be shipped out until the payment has been made in full.
Buyer pays for shipping after suit work is finished.
Pricing
Pricing works as follows:
- Base price is amount fursuit costs as bare bones, and covers the cost of labor.
- Every additional fur color is +$50 USD.
- Complexity such as hand sewn markings will also add to the price, and will also cover the cost of laborBase pricing may change during the time periods where commissions are closed. Pricing does not change every time a closure happens. Any quote given before closure is still valid for the next opening, until commissions close again.
Returns
Unfortunately I do not offer returns or refunds of suits once work has begun.I offer simple repairs for free (minus the cost of shipping) such as fur peeling off, teeth falling out, claws falling off, or any small repair.If the suit is finished or over halfway done and the commissioner refuses it, I hold the right to alter the suit and sell it as a premade. The new design will be okayed by the original commissioner to avoid doppelgängers or character theft.
References and Work in Progress Pictures
Please provide an accurate reference sheet with at least two sides! Additional art that accurately portrays the character’s mood and personality is also appreciated!If you don't have a reference sheet, I can draw one for you for an extra $45!I provide work in progress pictures often. I will send photos of every step in the process if so desired, and ask for feedback. This is an investment, I want you to have the best experience and the most accurate portrayal of your character! Please be ready for many questions I may ask as I build your fursuit.
Changes During Process
If major changes are requested during the process that includes materials I don't usually work with, there will be an upcharge of whatever the material costs. A few examples of this would be using eye plastic for 2D eyes, changing the base when it has already been patterned for fur, buying a pattern I don't already own, or changing your design once the fur has been patterned.
Rush Orders
I DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS.I want your suit to be the highest quality possible! Rush orders put that quality in jeopardy by doing it too fast. I do, however, work with reasonable deadlines. Don't be afraid to ask if a due date is possible!

Things Voidable of Free Repairs
Heat damage from incorrectly washing your fursuit.
Purposeful destruction of your fursuit such as ripping off the fur intentionally.
Improper storage of your fursuit as to where the foam gets badly warped.
Damage from neglect such as matting of the fur or stains from not washing the fursuit.

Safety
Please know that fursuits are prone to getting hot and the wearer is more susceptible to overheating. Please know that I am not responsible for personal injury while wearing a fursuit made by me. I do my best to provide proper ventilation, but that does not mean that breaks aren't needed. Drink water, take frequent breaks, and wear some sort of spandex or heat gear under your fursuit to help prevent overheating or heat stroke.I recommend Under Armour heat gear!
Allergen Warning
I work in an area that frequently has cats. In the whole house we have 4 cats. One of the cats is in close proximity to my work station constantly. I do my best to wash and disinfect everything before it’s sent out, as well as lint roll, but sometimes it doesn’t catch it all. Please let me know if you have a severe allergy so I can take precautions! 💗

Heads
Start at $1,500. This price includes:
Full mesh 3D or 2D eyes
Luxury fur
Foam base
Lined interior (Lycra/spandex material)
Sculpted clay teeth or fleece teeth
Any hair add-on (including wigs)
-Accurate head measurements must be provided (I will send diagrams as to how to do this)
-Any LED eyes or cooling fans can be added on for an extra $20 each.
-At this time, I am not doing moving jaw fursuit heads or magnetic eyelids.
-Velcro eyelids can be added for free if desired!
Paws
Handpaws start at $200.Feet paws start at $350 for sock paws, and $450 for foam sculpted
Hand paws come with minky or felt paw pads, and go up to the wrist. You can choose from either 4 finger style, or 5 finger style!
Feetpaws have 2 options- foam sculpted (with shoes inside) or sock paws (no shoes inside and stuffed with polyfil). Sock paws are also digitigrade, while foam sculpted are not. Both are outdoor style with EVA foam at the bottom.
Both styles of Feetpaws can be upgraded into indoor feetpaws for an upcharge of $50.
Commissioner must provide shoe size if wanting the foam sculpted option.
I use YBL Suit’s pattern for 4 finger handpaws, SkunkyDesign’s pattern for 5 finger hand paws, and SpiltGrapeSoda's pattern for sockpaws! Foam sculpted feetpaws are my own custom pattern.

Head Base Commissions
A lined foam headbase made from your character’s reference. Starts at $250
Fully lined with Lycra
Can add painted eye mesh for an extra $25 (not glued in)
Does not come with mouth or ear lining done
Comes with felt on the base to smooth out the foam
Repairs / Refurbishments
Repairs or refurbishments of suits I didn’t make- or old suits of mine with repairs not covered under warranty!
Repairs / refurbishments are $40 per hour
Total is billed after repairs/refurb is complete
Can be a total refurb (completely re-furring) or minor changes such as a new lining or new eyes. It’s up to what you want!
